Quality Assurance
Group
The S1 Statistics Study Program has a Quality Assurance Group (QAG) or Quality Control Group (QCG) assigned by the Dean who is responsible for the implementation of the academic quality assurance system. The goal is to ensure that the education, research, and community service processes run according to standards and undergo continuous improvement. QAG plays a role as a driver of quality culture in the study program environment, supports the achievement of the vision and mission of the institution, and serves as a link between the quality policy of the faculty/university and its implementation at the study program level.
The following are the main tasks that are usually carried out by QAG:
     1. Compiling academic quality standards in accordance with faculty and university policies.
     2. Make SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for each academic activity and monitor their implementation.
     3. Carry out periodic monitoring and evaluation (monev) of academic activities, including learning, research, and service.
     4. Measuring quality and satisfaction:
          – Student satisfaction with academic services
          – Tracer study for graduates
          – Satisfaction of graduate users                                                                                                                                                                                                                               5. Compile a report on the implementation of quality assurance and convey the results to the leaders of study programs and faculties.
     6. Follow up on the results of the evaluation with continuous improvement and quality improvement.
     7. Supporting the accreditation process by providing relevant data and documents according to BAN-PT standards or international institutions such             as ASIIN.
