\n\t\t\t\t[et_pb_column type=”4_4″][et_pb_text admin_label=”Text”]The Statistics Student Association (HIMASTA) of Diponegoro University was held the Latihan Keterampilan Manajemen Mahasiswa Tingkat Pradasar<\/em> (LKMM-PD) on Saturday & Sunday, November 7-8, 2020 successfully. Unlike before, this year’s LKMM-PD was held virtually using the Microsoft Teams by presenting four speakers.
\n<\/span><\/p>\n

The four speakers were Allya Natasya Aurora (Campus Dynamics Coordinator of BEM UNDIP 2020), Fawwaz Mishbah Syibulhuda (Head of Psychology Faculty BEM 2020<\/span>), Reza Dwi Fitriani (UNDIP Most Favorite Outstanding Student 2020), and Risma Maulida (Head <\/span>of Science and Mathematics Faculty Senate 2020).<\/span><\/p>\n

This event consisted of insights delivery, focus group discussion, simulation of trial techniques<\/span>, and interactive dicussion with participants for ideas exchange. Allya explained Fundamentals, Functions, Organizational Properties, and Teamwork. Fawwaz conveyed his ideas about Critical Thinking and Basic Communication. The material for Self-Potential Analysis and Motivation to be Outstanding was delivered by Reza, who is also an Outstanding Student of the Faculty of Science and Mathematics. The last, Trial Technique and the Simulation were delivered by Risma.<\/p>\n

The theme of LKMM-PD on this year was “The Regeneration of Young Knights who are Active, Adaptive, Innovative, and Solutive for UNDIP and Indonesia”. The goals is to improve the leadership spirit of new students and develop new students abilities in managerial matters. This event also equips new students with basic skills in communication, recognizing self-potential, developing creative, innovative, critical and positioning themselves effectively in student organizations. Mochamad Rafi Athallah and Aswin Nabila were selected as the best participants.<\/span> Even though this event was held online, it did not diminish the essence that new students got.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
