{"id":3309,"date":"2020-10-22T10:54:18","date_gmt":"2020-10-22T03:54:18","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/stat.fsm.undip.ac.id\/v1\/?post_type=project&#038;p=3309"},"modified":"2021-04-27T14:26:26","modified_gmt":"2021-04-27T07:26:26","slug":"medical-check-up-for-new-diponegoro-university-students-2020-2021-academic-year","status":"publish","type":"project","link":"https:\/\/stat.fsm.undip.ac.id\/v1\/en\/project\/medical-check-up-for-new-diponegoro-university-students-2020-2021-academic-year\/","title":{"rendered":"Medical Check Up for New Diponegoro University Students (2020\/2021 Academic Year)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span class=\"tlid-translation translation\" lang=\"en\">Based on Announcement Letter Number: 78\/UN7.P\/PENG\/2020 about New Diponegoro University Students Medical Check Up for 2020\/2021 academic year, hereby conveyed that the mechanism of medical check up can be carried out in one of the service facilities health, namely the <strong>Central General Hospital (RSUP)<\/strong> or <strong>Regional General Hospital (RSUD)<\/strong> or the <strong>Community Health Center (Puskesmas)<\/strong> in their <strong>regions\/domiciles respectively<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>The medical check up includes a <strong>physical test<\/strong> (for all students), a <strong>color blind test<\/strong> (for study programs that require it), a <strong>psychometric test<\/strong> (for study programs that require it), and a <strong>drug test<\/strong> (for all students). Students download the willingness form and medical check up form on https:\/\/regonline.undip.ac.id\/ at <strong>Print Form &amp; KTM<\/strong> menu.<\/p>\n<p>Students who have uploaded the results of a physical test (health certificate) at the time of registration can reuse it, <span class=\"\" title=\"\">by validating previous data to a new medical check up form<\/span> and being verified (with a signature and stamp) by the health officer where the previous medical <span class=\"\" title=\"\">check up<\/span> was carried out. (please attach the previous <span class=\"\" title=\"\">medical check up<\/span> results)<\/p>\n<p>Students upload all <span class=\"\" title=\"\">medical check up<\/span> results on https:\/\/regonline.undip.ac.id\/ at <strong>File Upload<\/strong> menu, <strong>Medical Check Up<\/strong> column (merged into 1 file) by <strong>November, 15th 2020<\/strong>.
