Statistics Undip, Semarang – As the development of education centers in the region of Central Java and its surroundings indirectly there will be a very fast population mobility in the region of Pekalongan, especially in Kedungwuni. Many migrants from various regions moved to Kedungwuni with various goals whether it be in terms of education, business, or career purposes. This results in a rapid change in population data, which requires accurate recording for both management and development planning needs in this area. For that reason, it is very important if an activity is carried out with the intention of increasing knowledge of the importance of population data collection and processing to support policies in planning and implementing regional development. The event will be held on Thursday, November 6, 2014 and will discuss ways to collect and process population data so that it can be interpreted as supporting policy making.
