Medical Check Up for New Diponegoro University Students (2020/2021 Academic Year)

Based on Announcement Letter Number: 78/UN7.P/PENG/2020 about New Diponegoro University Students Medical Check Up for 2020/2021 academic year, hereby conveyed that the mechanism of medical check up can be carried out in one of the service facilities health, namely the Central General Hospital (RSUP) or Regional General Hospital (RSUD) or the Community Health Center (Puskesmas) in their regions/domiciles respectively.

The medical check up includes a physical test (for all students), a color blind test (for study programs that require it), a psychometric test (for study programs that require it), and a drug test (for all students). Students download the willingness form and medical check up form on https://regonline.undip.ac.id/ at Print Form & KTM menu.

Students who have uploaded the results of a physical test (health certificate) at the time of registration can reuse it, by validating previous data to a new medical check up form and being verified (with a signature and stamp) by the health officer where the previous medical check up was carried out. (please attach the previous medical check up results)

Students upload all medical check up results on https://regonline.undip.ac.id/ at File Upload menu, Medical Check Up column (merged into 1 file) by November, 15th 2020. Students who do not upload medical check up results, cannot fill out the Study Plan Form (IRS) for the second semester.
